Tuition & Financial Aid

St. Luke's Episcopal School offers families in Kindergarten through 8th grade the ability to apply for financial aid. At St. Luke's, financial aid exists to help families bridge the financial gap who truly want to have their child(ren) attend SLES but cannot afford the full cost of tuition. Each family's financial situation is uniquely reviewed during the financial aid application process by the Financial Aid Committee to see if they qualify for any assistance. The Financial Aid Application process is separate from the application for admission to SLES. Tuition Assistance cannot be awarded to family until the student has been accepted for admission to SLES.

Upon receiving an award, families must re-apply for Tuition Assistance (TA) each year their child is enrolled at St. Luke's. Tuition Assistance applications are available beginning in November each year. To be considered for aid, SLES must receive your TA application, along with all supporting documents, by the deadline listed below. Families may apply for financial aid by visiting the SLES FACTS Portal. Following these deadlines, aid will only be awarded on an as-available basis to families who qualify.

Families have the option to pay their tuition in full (first payment due June 1) or in monthly installments. Monthly payment plans are split across 11 months, starting in June and with the final payment being due in April. In spring 2023, St. Luke's Episcopal School was blessed with a generous gift that resulted in the creation of the St. Luke’s Pillar Scholarship. Scholarship recipients are expected to embody the pillars of Scholarship, Citizenship, and Leadership at St. Luke’s by maintaining a high academic average, participating in extracurricular activities, demonstrating excellent character both inside and outside the classroom, and promoting the mission and values of St. Luke’s.

The St. Luke’s Pillar Scholarship is a $10,000 scholarship awarded to two students entering 5th through 8th grade. The student may be new to St. Luke’s for the upcoming academic year, or a returning St. Luke’s student.

The scholarship shall be awarded for one academic year. A student who has received the St. Luke’s Pillar Scholarship and who otherwise meets the eligibility criteria may apply for subsequent academic years.
