Mark Tittel (2026)

Mark grew up in Houston and has lived in San Antonio since 2009. He received his B.A. from the University of California (Berkeley) and his J.D. from the University of Texas. He has worked as an attorney for various state government agencies, including the Texas Workforce Commission and the Railroad Commission. He is married to Debra Ochoa, a professor of Spanish at Trinity University. Mark and Debra have been members of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church since 2014, and have two sons, Sebastian (’25) & Gabriel (’27), who attend SLES.
