Karen McIntire

Karen McIntire has taught Kindergarten for 27 of her 47 years in education. She loves St. Luke’s because it is a Christ-centered school, and her greatest joy is teaching little children about God’s love for them. She is passionate about helping each child develop confidence and a love for learning. Along with several other career recognitions, Karen has been honored by the H-E-B Excellence in Education Foundation with their Lifetime Achievement Award. She enjoys travel, reading, music, art, and cheering for the Texas Aggies, but Karen says spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren is her favorite thing to do.
