Monica Dugi

Monica Dugi feels blessed to serve in the Early Childhood program as a PK4 teacher. She’s taught at public, private, and charter schools in the past, but no school compares to the time she’s spent as part of the St. Luke’s Community. As a Christian, Monica’s faith is part of her identity and she’s grateful for the freedom to openly share her faith and embed the Gospel into lessons as they naturally arise. She’s also been encouraged, watching students with other faith backgrounds be included, supported, and encouraged to walk in their own faith journey without exclusion. This is a testament to the foundational values the St. Luke’s community upholds and instills in each student. Being a part of the St. Luke’s community has truly made her a better teacher, person, and friend. She’s confident that those who have experienced this special place can say the same!
